Seasons of ninety days
360
short pages, one a day
52
weekly Lessons, each with its film

Belt Checks, on Days 90, 180, 270 and 360
Year One
One year, four Seasons of ninety days, one short page a day.
Each Season ends with a Check on its Day 90 (Days 90, 180, 270 and 360 of the year), which is a short quiz you answer alone. A yes to every question earns that Season's Belt, and nothing locks, since each Season opens on its day.
I
Rest
Season I · Days 1 to 90
Tongue, lips, breath, one posture.
II
Load and Balance
Season II · Days 91 to 180
The jaw joint, chewing, the swallow, balance and the head.
III
Air and Night
Season III · Days 181 to 270
The nose under effort, the control pause, the night.
IV
Your Own Practice
Season IV · Days 271 to 360
Your own audit, seeing and saying, and a written protocol that replaces the course.
Each week opens with its Lesson and film. Alongside the pages you have The Record, where you keep your own numbers, and the member community. The community has a challenge every week that mirrors the pages, and you can join it any time. When a page raises a question that belongs to a doctor, it links to who to see.

Teacher and host
Mike Mew
Orthotropics is the school founded by Dr. John Mew, a dentist, on the idea that the position of the tongue and the way the mouth rests shape the face over time. His son Mike Mew carried it forward and made it known far beyond dentistry, and the word mewing comes from his name.
Mike Mew is the teacher and host of Mewing Academy. Year One is built on his method, and his own material has its place in the community, in Mike Mew's Corner.
A day
What a day looks like
Every morning a page unlocks. It runs between a hundred and two hundred words, asks for one thing and names the place in the community where you can talk about that thing.
Day 3
Six reminders
Six phone reminders that each ask where your tongue is.
Day 43
The decision
It's the day you decide about mouth tape, after a month of daytime practice and a list of reasons not to.
Day 88
Five lines
You write five lines about what changed.
Every seventh day
The week's three questions
Each takes one line, with the expected answer stated so you know whether you're on schedule.
There's nothing to catch up on, and if you miss a week, the next page is simply waiting.
The Season Pass
Seven days free, then €39 a month.
Day 1 opens the moment you join. The free week ends on Day 7, and if it isn't for you, cancel at link.com with the email you paid with and nothing is charged.
